My internet is down for the last three days and they give me reasons like the owner of the house where my line is terminated(box installed) has snapped the lines and unless someone gives them permission to install the box on their terrace my line will not be up. Is this a reason to give a customer? How can an organization like Act have a single point of failure and no fall back mechanisms planned? Problem still unresolved.
Pathetic customer support. No body is bothered to respond after you register a call with their support centre. The support centre are a bunch of useless people who do not even know how to address or talk to customers. Issue when escalated gets resolved temporarily and after a few days back to their pathetic ways. My complaint for loss of internet when there is a power failure is one such issue. It stands unresolved till today.
Pathetic services would not advice anyone to employ their services.
Planning to change my service provider the moment I get an alternative.
