I was very fantacised by the popularity of the ACT but very disappointing when it comes to the service of ACT. For collection they are always ready, but when it comes to connection problems they take too long time to make the connection good. And even when it comes to the customer care calling they respond very very late. The big problem is that they have very frequently coming connectivity issues and at the time of need they don't respond. They'll answer that they will rectify the problem within 48 hours but don't respond even till a week. Waste and useless at service-ACT Broadband
