I'm using ACT Broadband connection for more than a year now in Hyderabad, and it is comparatively better than other broadband providers. internet is fast for surfing, watching movies online and sometimes work from home.
Some times if the internet is down then we need to send the sms to the given number and the resolution time is 24 hours. Most of the time they fix before the given time. but still I feel the resolution time is too high. it should be in less than 4-5 hours. The customer care people takes it very light for any complaints and the fix it on their own time.
As long as the internet connection works fine, it is good performance and speed is good.
The installation and getting new connection is very smooth and quicky process.
