Once wifi is down. It's down for long time. Hopeless customer support number. You call the number and there is no person at the other end. At best you will hear a human voice after waiting for 10-15 mins wait. But more often call just gets disconnected after waiting for 10-15 mins. This I have observed from long time. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic
