I stay in KR Puram, Bangalore & have Paid for ACT Fiber net connection for 20 Mbps on Sept 08th 2014. I was promised by the sales executive(Mr Manjunath) that within 5 days I would have my connection.
It's more than 10 days now & no connection at all. Customer support is not responding properly, every day they were keep on telling tomorrow you will get connections one of our technician will call you like that. Please do not go for it.
