I purchased a laptop from acer Z1402. after 15 days of purchase the touch pannel stoped working. I submitted a complained to acer and tell him the problem. After that in 3-4 days acer replace my touch pannel of laptop and give me new touch pannel. I am shoked of there fast service. Now I am feeling good and my laptop is working very good. I suggest to evryone to buy acer product to be happy in future.
