I booked a trip form manali delhi.The bus service was provided by citylandtravels.
The bus broke down about 160 km to reach delhi. There's no help @11:30 pm stranded on highway.We were requested to arrange our own convenience as the bus will not go any further.They also promised to refund.Now you cannot connect to anyone. Wrote multiple complaint and email. They have ghosted.They are scammer.All false propaganda.Never book any service with them.
This was the first time I booked a trip.What a pathetic service.They won't let you put 1 star they need atleast 3 Star rating.
I request everyone to beware of this scammer.
