Its been 7 months, I have this connection. Every month it doesn't work for around 2 weeks. Finally when they send the engineer the connection starts working for a few hours and the engineer would return saying there is no problem. Even the days it works, it constantly disconnects and when pining there are a lot of time outs.
After asking them for a waiver they have replied that internet worked full time when in fact it was down for 2 weeks. Other people in our building have the same problem as well, I'm shifting from ABC Broadband to something that is more reliable.
Also while taking the connection ADLM2048, I was informed there was no speed downgrade from 2 Mbps plan or data restriction. After getting the connection they changed their statement saying after 20 GB, it gets downgraded to 1 Mbps.
