Review On Aadinath Home Finders Pvt Ltd, Chennai

Aadhi Nachiya Enclave is the JVfrom Aadinath Homes and Nachiya Builders.Below are the problems we faced after buying Flats from Nitish & co - Aadinath MD.

1) Delayed handover by 1 year.

2)Car parking was not sufficient for all 10 homes.

3)Sump and septic tank is 2 feet above the floor and cannot be used for parking and looks awkward.

4)Finishing Quality is very bad.Exterior finish paint is not done and cement patches lies all around the building.

5)worst look among the flats located in that Road.

6)sewage pumps in front of elevation left uncovered in many places.

7)No post sale service.

8)Builder(Nitish) did not came to flats even for handover nad he escapes everytime when we called for site visit.

9)Imagine the situation Builder is not willing to come to the site which he built.

10)HTese are few things.Nithish will focus on getting oney from Buyers.He will laugh whatever you say.But will not do work.

My kind advice is dont waste your money with Aadinath Homes.THeir office is in velachery, opposite to TCS.
