I would like to share my experience here. on September 23rd 2017 I purchased this device from flipkart and then received it and was using it and the phone was working perfectly fine. but after a week or so it started turning off automatically so I went to the service point at borivali thakkar mall they said its just a software bug so they ( according to them) made it alright and gave me back my device after 5 days
later after getting my phone the problem was still there and plus one more problem was added into it that was of mic so I went to head office now at goregoan and gave my device they did every possible test they could but couldn't repair it. so they came to a conclusion that they will give me a nice phone I was happy now. the date that day was 2nd December
its 28th December now . I have still not got my phone and when I call them they say they don't have stock. I even raised a complaint in consumers but no help.
