I ordered food on Zomato today at 9.15 pm approx but that order was delayed and customer support executive Anushka was so dumb and has not done anything to get order delivered and finally when I asked her multiple times to cancel order as it was delayed too much then she immediately cancelled order then again I placed another order around 10.00 pm night again that order was delayed as DE was waiting for rain to stop and Anushka was not able to help me in any manner just she was irritating me with delayed response and restaurant prepared food but DE never reached restaurant and was not receiving calls so finally Anushka was not able to help and when I requested multiple times to cancel order then she cancelled because she was waiting for that request and I slept with no dinner in night and credit goes to Zomato
