It is just not a first time I have been trying so many times to give the order to zommato but the main problem which I have faced that the delivery of this portal is not perfect the one of incdien t I am sharing with you that our relative came to our home we called to them for having some items they promised to deliver that product with in stipulated time but they could not make when I tried to make call to customer care then it took too long time to connect the call. After attending the call they just give assurance that it will never happen again and aplogies sorry for that inconviences. Overall my expereince with zommato is not good. Even I have tried the service of swiggy it has given better service than zommato.
