My BRA size had changed as I gained some weight. so, I did a google search to purchase suitable inner wear for me. I checked ZIVAME web site and found couple of options. I could not get skin and black color. I was looking for slightly padded, daily wear, cotton inner wear. They had a offer and only maroon and some blue color on 38 C size. I placed on their APP and waited for order confirmation. In few days, on of the colors I selected went out of stock. It was shocking for me after placing an order and making payment. I contacted their customer care.They did not provide appropriate response and rude. I ended up cancelling the order. I recommend any women who wants to try this brand, pls visit bigger outlet and directly try out these products and buy only if they assure STOCK is available and your choice of COLOR is also available. Don't get in to their APP trap and end up with long wait and order cancellation like me.
