I had been using Yes bank credit card. I had used it to fill fuel in Gojer fuel station in electronic city on 20th November & 3rd December for Rs.300 each & both the times had been charged Rs.11.80 as surcharge, where as the same fuel station all the previous times(2nd & 12th Nov) had charged only Rs.3.54 of which again Rs2.25 was credited back. Why is there a difference? The fuel station manager states it is fault of Credit card & C/C customer service states it is fuel station.
On 13th Oct'18 had filled fuel worth Rs.1000/- & was charged Rs.29.50 as surcharge, where as for fuel above Rs.400/- was informed that the surcharge would be waived off in full, but was credited back only Rs.17.68. What about balance Rs.12.
When questioned the same, to Yes bank CSR Ms.Priyanka, very abruptly stated that it is the fuel station who would charge surcharge & bank has nothing to do & is left to customer if he wants to use the card any more or not.wow never seen such worst customer service & shall surely rethink of my decision to continue using the credit card.
