Tried booking with Yatra in Goa from 25 to 30 December 2017 and once booking confirm using net banking amount deducted and after 2 days got the call from yatra that we sorry but we have to cancel the booking and amount with credited in 24 hours and they asked me book different hotel but 2nd time also same and blocked 35K and again he said to book another hotel but how can week book without money.
Service was horrible and person called me that he cannot help, I told him about giving bad feedback and rating he said he didn't care bout rating from 1 customer.
Please not to book using yatra else you'll be in trouble like me.
