I have personally traveled many a times. They report correctly. The condition of the vehicles is not so good. They mostly provide u the vehicle to suit to number of passengers and luggage with you.
Some of the drivers either try to fool you( Or they really don't know the routes). But only 25%. Otherwise 75% the service, courtesy & charges are the best.
I am staying in Pune since 11 years. When compared to the charges, behavior, vehicle condition offered by AUTOS( un-controlled by police as well as RTO), the services offered by this CAB service are better.
As it has completed 5-6 years, now a days, service has degraded. They just listen to your complaints about drivers and do not take action.Some of my colleagues have reported that they do not report on time too.
The owner must check all the drivers, their behavior, condition of vehicles and compliance to complaints.
