The house keeping of this resort is one of the most pathetic I have ever seen in my life in any resort. This resort has all the amenities just that the staff out there are too lethargic. Half of them dont even know what are the facilities available.
The day we checked in the person who took our luggage to the room did not know how to switch on the fridge. The TV was not working. The TV problem was rectified after 30 hours and me having made 10 calls to house keeping.
The room service is appalling. We ordered some french fries which were cold. They serve wine without ice cubes.
Even when we wanted to check out the room boy came to pick up our luggage after half an hour.
Overall the rooms and all are pretty good. This place is close to the beach but not overlooking the beach. Try some other property which overlooks the beach
