Whirlpool has one of the most pathetic customer services. My parents recently purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from a dealer, who deliberately delivered an obsolete Refrigerator model instead of the product they selected.
We approached whirlpool customer service, which straightway denied any support and asked my parents to deal directly with the dealer. No one in whirlpool is ready to help us.
I am now scared of purchasing any product from a dealer with such kind of support fearing if the dealer does fraud with us, who is going to hear.
