Well first starts with the management of this company. I am really fed up of them, with their behaviour, attitude, communication & other show off skills.
How they got promoted to tbis position dont know. Even they are not suitable for the post of a manager.
Their skills are not much up to the level of top positions of management like gm, rm etc. I dont want to name them. One such situation I came across at the time of interview.
At the time interview , when final talks were going on, the interviewer told me that I have to pay him Rs.50 k to get this job. Otherwise go away. So I was truely in need of job thats why I paid the amount & got the offer letter. I thought the company is good may be I can easily repay the amount. But it was in dreams I request each & every one to please take video of your interview & if he demands money then please report it to police.
