This is very easy to carry and speedy. For me, 2TB is too much but I just got it. It looks stylish but slightly heave. It is sensitive, it will not work properly if it falls down. I never faced any issue with this, so I cannot say anything about the service or support. Performance wise, this is the best. It definitely is the best disk you can get in the price range. I would suggest WD if anyone is interested in getting a Hard disk.
