I tried to book a ticket through the VRL online ticketing option. Due to the issues with their payment gateway the transaction could not be completed and the amount was debited from my account. Since past 3 months I am following up with them for the refund of the unbooked ticket. Response from them.
Every time they say that payment was initiated yesterday -would reflect in 5 working days. They have stopped responding to mails now. I am filing the case in consumer court.
Advise : Never book VRL tickets as there is a risk of losing the money. Clear case of frauds running the travel agencies. I wonder about the safety of the travellers who are forced to use services done by such companies. Avoid them as much as possible!
