I want to share my terrible experiences with all of you-
Im using Vodafone mobile operator since past 5-6 years.There are so many instances comes for me during this time period and I will share few of them.
2 years back I came to my village from chennai and I need to book returned rail ticket immidiatly because the seats are filling fast.I connected my mobile hotspot with my laptop for doing this job.at that time I have 617 Mb of 3g data and more than 260 Rs talktime.When this process finished I checked my data balance and its still 617 mb but my talktime came to 57 Rs.I was totally confused and can't understand what went wrong.I immidiatly call into vodafone customer service for inquiry and the executive told me that my phone was running on 2G mode and hence we deduct your balance because you dont have any active 2g plan.
I really didn't understand what he talking I also talked to their senior executive but the result is same and believe me I was using vodafone 3g mode since past one week so what happend when I connected it to laptop.
All the settings have been changed? No.
Im sure this is their cheating method because my sim is under roaming mode.
There are so many more frustrating memories in my mind for vodofone But Im still using it because I dont have any 2nd choice because they are the only one who provide 4g networkeven in my village.
One more resons for me to use Vodafone because I dont want to change my mobile number because im using it since past 5 years regularly.
Otherwise im totally done with their fradulent behavior and worst services.
