I usually use BSNL for my daily internet requirements because it gives 100-200 Kbps downloading speed. When I switched to Vodafone 3G the speed of the connection is really awesome I was shocked that the operator was giving me 2-3 Mbps on my phone. I use vodafone 3G for my official use only as it is costly but they are providing the best internet speed I have ever experienced.
The vodafone 3G is now available in most of the metro cities and is expanding at a very high rate. The Vodafone 3G can be used though phone, modem or dongles. For best results dongles are recommended. Overall the experience with Vodafone 3G is good but it is costly to afford for unlimited browsing.
