My brother-in-law who resided in Ahmedabad was transferred to Meerut. He took the service of Vijay Packers and Logistics.The packaging was disorderly and delivery was even more worse.Two of his tables and solid wooden sofa got badly damaged. Crockery and other glass items had to be thrown to dustbins. On discussing with the delivery man, he anguishly replied, "For any issues, talk to the persons whom you paid the money.It is not our responsibility." Persons who talked too smoothly on phone before taking the responsibility did not bother to pick up the phones. My brother-in-law admitted his mistake of paying every thing in advance.Their charges too were not lesser than the reputed ones and he experienced that they are not professionals in this packaging field.
