I have been a regular customer to vibes.
And what this time happened to me is nothing but a cheating n fraud.
As usual like any other beauty parlor these guys also sold package to me.
I told them no I can't afford it right now so gave me emi option. I said no in emi bank will charge me extra, so sales representative said no nothing extra will be charged.
I brought the package, total bill amount was 1lakh but emi which I m paying will be around 108000rs. 15% interest on amount.
Which mean vibes sold package with wrong promise.
Once I realised this I contacted the sales person. Her response was nothing we have given in written. I explained her and told her all the talk that we had during buying the package.
She said she will do needful but I am not getting response on solution.
Vibes can cheat person once but not again n again.
You lost me. Once my current package will be over. Its big no no for me vibes. N there false promises.

Guys don't buy any package with emi option. Eventually you will pay more than package amount and they will say nothing we have given in writing. Bloody cheater company

vibes informed me that there will be merchant cashback. but its been two months while paying the emi I have not received any cashback. so seems if anyone get offer like customer will get merchant cashback is fake n false promise.
DO NOT pay using the EMI option. you might get charged 15% interest rate with GST as well.
