I have visited Uzma Fast food elgin kolkata recently on 29th, January and I found that the restaurant needs little more adept management, definite direction board lacking, signboards, market place too busy, too many people that affect the environment of the restaurant, good decoration, ambience, cool carpets and efficient labor staff . It has wide entrance, strong security guards, good ambience, seating arrangements and decoration for that matter. What kept me nothered was that food served was cold, shabby andr getting spoon it took them 12 minutes and not that great quality for the price they charged at.
The Thai cuisinies dishes are not ok, but due to rude behavior and extra time taken to serve food makes me feel not cool . The menu card had limited food options and there are no types of food available from Thai to Cantonese. The menu card that you will find confusing what to order but a little difference here and there doesn’t make a difference at all. Ambience poor, food bad, hygiene poor, tables clean, stewards courteous, price expensive, menu book has nothing at all, order time taken average 16 minutes, location good etc . Another noticeably is that staff in this restaurant are not bothered to serve the customers but ask for heavy tips at the end of dinner. But I would not recommend this restaurant at all, as this place there are other restaurants that are serving good food at a cheaper price.
