The product is not as good as described. Totally waste of money!
Talking about the service which is quite average according to their brand name and their goodwill.
This product doesn't give that much cooling compare to other products available in market as they are cheaper, bigger in size, strong built and even they cool bigger places very easily.
the product is made of all plastic and that is not worth of a 10k product.only the remote controlling system in good in the whole product.
all waste of money not even worth of its half price. Very bad product.
