Hi, I purchased tvs scooty teenz electric two years ago and this my experience till date. The customer care service of tvs motors is wrost among all they forget the people once the product sold. Its highly unacceptable that a repured company like tvs releases the product without much home testing. Bike is give hardly 25 kms per recharge and it takes 6 hours of recharge. The speed of bike has reduced, suspension is getting damaged, tyre is getting punctures, lining gives heavy sound there are lots of problem in scooty. Tvs used cheap chinese parts and very rude people in his staff. I am never suggest to anyone ever.
