I recently used the service of this company in chennai- Karapakkam branch. The website advertises as 24 hour service. The price list said 250rs per door curtain. As I needed to do only the curtains, I called for a free pickup. The tumbledry called me and whatsapped me about the price confirmation and my acceptance. They sent a person to pick up. No receipt of goods received no estimate NOTHING. After 2 days ( remember advertise as 24 hours no messages silence, )they send me an estimate for. Rs 1560/ where is 500 where is 1560!! I get a shock and call the whatsapp number- some guy who doesn't identify himself says 1 curtain is 44 inches mine is equal to 3 curtains so the price is multiplied. As the math still did not work, when I insisted, he said each side is 44x3 which is not the size of my door!!
He insisted I should pay upfront. I asked if I could cancel and he said NO and disconnected. I paid via Gpay. I did not receive my curtains for 3 days. Nobody would pick up the calls. Once they did and said my curtains were expected between 6pm-7pm as that was their delivery time- no one turned up. No feedback. My repeated calls were not answered. I called from another number and they picked up. The 5th day I threatened police complaint and they responded they were ironing my curtain. Iwent to the store using Google map and and collected my curtains. Don't trust this organisation. The founder may be genuine, the franchisee in this case is not. Never again tumble dry
