Had booked a cab with Traveltime and would request everyone, never to use their services. An extremely unprofessional organization.Following are the observations which need to highlighted.
1) Run down and badly maintained cabs
2) No meter displayed in the cab - Drivers are not trust worthy and loot the customers in the bargain.
3) AC not switched on. Till requested.
4) Drivers make the passengers pay the cantonment tax, when clearly conveyed by the booking office. that the driver will pay.
5) Drivers are not familiar with the route and are not law abiding. drive into no entry . This kind of driving could result into an accident putting the passengers life at risk.
6) Drivers are rude.
Would never recommend Traveltime!
