This is the worst e-commerce site that is functioning in India today. I had ordered a pen-drive from this site almost a year back and received a pendrive which was not what I had ordered and paid for. They have no call center numbers shared and it took almost 2 weeks to resolve the whole issue and get a refund. I had sworn never to shop on this website again. But a good offer last week tempted me to give this site another shot. I ordered a green t-shirt and received a white one. Now I again see myself in a 2-3 week refund battle with Tradus.
Guys never shop on this site. There are better ones out there which provide a stress free shopping environment.
