Worst service. Review on Tirpur Bajaj - Nehru Nagar - Bilaspur

The Tripur bjaj showroom is only known for the worst service that it provides ti the costumer. This show room is in a little outer to the city near maharana pratap chowk under the over bridge. It has a good collection of the bikes that bajaj offers, but the showroom is a little conjusted and lacks space. At the season time like the Dhanteras time you won't get space even to sit. The showroom is air-conditioned. In the reception 2 girls and but there also they lack behaviour and doesn't know how to treat costumers. Now as I have given a negative rating I would now like to share one of my personal experience with this showroom. Once I met a severe accident and my bike was damaged alot. Its break drum was broken along with a dent on the tank and tge visor was also broken. The chassis also bent. Overall I got an estimate of 20000 to get it repared. So I decided to claim for the insurance and leave the bike for repairing in the showroom. Now from here the problems got started . The parts were not available in the showrooom and they asked me to wait for 10 days to reach the parts . But it took around 20 days and in those days I didn't have any other bike which gave rise to a number of problems. At last it took them around 40 days to repaur my bike which is a vast time and they could have repaired in less time if they had a good management but their also it lacks. So I would never advise anyone to opt for tripur Bajaj and go for any alternate option.
