Property is something that everyone wants & they want to show people that they achieved something great in their life. So it is more important to seek prior knowledge before buying land, house or flat. The points to be cross-checked while buying your chosen property in Hyderabad are
1) Never buy a property in slum type areas as most of them are illegally constructed or without proper documents.
2) Always check the documents of property whether they are proper and matches with the present condition of the property, As in Hyderabad most of the properties have no proper documents and approvals.
3) While buying property through any medium i.e directly through company salesman or dealer or broker ask whether it is GP/DTCP/HMDA approved or not, if don't buy that property. Many apartments, houses, and lands are illegal in Hyderabad i.e not approved. The best method to know whether the property is approved by GP/DTCP/HMDA is that you get the loan on the property if it is GP/DTCP/HMDA approved and you don't get the loan on the unapproved property. Approved lands get east approval for house construction by municipality.
4) On Buying an HMDA approved land ask the property dealer its LP number then buy it.
5)Before finalizing the property or giving a token amount to property dealer or owner know about the area and property in personal with the property neighbors and shopkeepers as they will tell you the current situations about the property and area.
5) Always buy LRS/BRS approved property, HMDA approved plots if investing in ventures as it gives you high resale value and security against a litigation.
