I use net only between 8PM and 1AM, from Monday to Thursday ONLY at Mumbai, Saki Naka area. Rest of the days/time I am in Bangalore.
I am finding the connection is very unreliable. Almost 1-2 times in a week the system is not able get IP, sometime it gets IP but not able to authenticate.
Yesterday(10-Sep, 10PM till 11PM) I was trying continuously but it was not able to authenticate - it becomes frustrating especially when you use Tikona internet connection few time in a week when it is important and it does not work.
If this goes on for another month I will be switching to another service provider. Why should I pay for something that I am not able to use!
However, when(if) it works you get good speed though - which is of no use.
So if you work on critical stuff that needs connection 24/7 up DO NOT GO FOR TIKONA in MUMBAI. You call customer support they are clueless.and give you standard answer "THERE IS PROBLEM IN YOUR AREA, IT WILL BE UP BY TOMORROW", hey.come on.I need connection NOW to join a customer meeting.what will I do with connection tomorrow? HORRIBLE VENDOR
