I can't believe such unprofessional service which this courier agency provides. My wife had sent some dry foods and documents from Koraput Odisha to Mumbai but they delayed from the date which they assured the delivery. Major surprise came to picture when I received my parcel. It was in pathetic condition. Some of those food packets were missing(which was forcefully removed by these people from the packed parcel), rest all food packets available in the parcel were mishandled and were unhealthy for consumption. Documents were crumpled and was in very bad condition. When my wife asked the concerned person(in Koraput) regarding this issue then he denied to help in any way. He replied in a very unprofessional and unrespectful manner. I have already raised this complaint in the company's website but I didn't receive any answer yet.
I have never seen such a PATHETIC courier agency and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE USING THEIR SERVICE.
