The book is all about offering gratitude to each every thing, and the rationale behind this is explained in great detail. The writer clearly explains and gives a 30-day workout for all of us as to how to fill our day-to-day life with gratitude.
The writer is crystal clear in explaining her ways of inculcating the habit of gratitude in each and every aspect of our life.
She very clearly gives the ways to express gratitude heartfully even for the things we do not have in abundance.
