I availed a lease line for my office and have been facing many issues with the speed and connectivity.
I would not recommend to buy broadband connection from Tata. The send false reports of the tickets and in every ticket the fault will be on the customer side. When we dont agree there is no response.
The escalation matrix is of no use, since no one responds on that. Obviously they must be getting so many escalations that it will be difficult to attend them. I am planning to put a case against them in the consumer court.
