Hi friends, We all know that TATA SKY is the renowned brand.My uncle bought this DTH last month.It took 5 days to install this after repeated calls.The person came in the 6th day for installation and he was very tensed, very nervous I think it was his first time.During purchasing this product, they said one month of free subscription, but they charged 500.Other operators didn't ask money for installation but the person asked money for installation, wire and the stuff.when I told him about this he grew aggressive.he told that amount can vary between 200 and 300.so it comes down to 500 from 200.Also there were some antennas there.The customer service is very bad, they should work on their service to satisfy the customers.But the picture and the sound quality was superb and the cost of the packs were really nice, they provide good quality.I would say good value for money.Apart from the customer support, this DTH was really nice.overall the engineers should be well trained and how to interact with people.
