Tata Sky just like another service provider in the market tries every way possible to rob you. I don't understand whats the processing fees when payment is made just when one month is finished?
Your recharge which is said to be for one month never lasts for 30 days its always due before that. When you call customer care service they will make sure you go for payment rather than holding line to talk to executive increasing your telephone bill.
Why cant we have some strict rules against this or some transparency in the way these people should deal with customers?
