Tatasky service is very good. I had logged a service call with Tatasky as my setup box failed to turn on after using it for almost 3 years. The representative came and swapped with another one. But that too had the same defect.
However soon they sent one more working setup box and now things are working good. The best part has been their followup over this issue and charges that were hardly Rs350 for the new box. I am over all happy except that electronic parts cannot have a guarantee but their 90 days replacement for the same issue gives customer confidence to use their replaced box.
And of course, their excellent customer service.
