I am using TATA Sky DTH for last two month. While bought television, tata sky executive approached me in Electronics shop. She shown me the catalogue and mention some offers in that connection. That offers are attractive like first month HD access was free and south special pack activated. I paid nearly 1500 rupees for over all setup including dish, box and first month recharge.
Executive told me that first month recharge amount is 249 and next month onwards you can select 99 rupees pack. While I am recharging for next month I selected 99 rupees base pack then its asking to recharge for regional pack and again asked to recharge add on pack .
Finally it’s reached 214 rupees. As usual like first month pack. Even after recharging too I didn’t get some cartoon channels. I called customer and asked like “in regional pack cartoon channels are available but I am not getting those channels” she told that you have to activate kids channel for those. I left that matter after long conversation.
Then my account recharge amount reduced nearly 50 rupees within two days of recharge. I asked about that with customer care executive, she mentioned that for HD access amount deducted. Per month its cost too much for HD access so I asked her to cancel that. For HD access and channels only I preferred Dish connection. But because of it’s expensive I am getting normal and limited channels only.
My Suggestion:
If you are go with Tata Sky DTH. Don’t get attract with offers. They have so many offers to attract you for monthly basis. Just go through the site and check the scheme not for first month for your overall use. It’s my own experience and suggestion I shared here.
