Some issues I faced:
The adaptor of the set top box stopped working in 4 days. They charged me Rs. 275 for a new one along with visiting fees.
They keep increasing their charges. Did 3-4 increases in the last year alone.
Installation will be done in 2 hours but a service request will be attended to in 2-3 days.
The person will never tell you charges and they will be levied to your account
They will never revert any charges once applied, even if they are illegitimate
For a service request, they will cal you back after 2-3 days when they feel like. So, you have to be available during this period on your mobile waiting for their callback. If you miss the call, then the request will be closed.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
