I too am facing the same problem. my photon number is 9230036560. I brought my connection 45 days back. I am continuously facing same problem called the customer care twice last month, they replied I am in high utilization zone and there is maintenance work on so it will improve with time.
Faced the problem continuously for the past month . called the customer area gain today and now he says ill face this problem throughout as ghatkopar in mumbai is a high utilization area. now that is not my problem. thrice I have called and no complain registered. this is just cheating. its high time the company does something about it.
