The third service for my Tata Nano TN07BT2616 was due in Dec 2015. I took the car to the ECR service centre on 07/12/15 but the staff advised me to bring the vehicle later as there were too many vehicles waiting to be repaired after the recent rain damages.
Since then, I have tried to contact them numerous times for a service appointment but there is absolutely no response from your office. I have phoned them on all the possible numbers but no one is taking the call. My requests over email have not elicited any response. They can at least respond and ask me to wait for some more time because of the pressure of work if that is the reason for their silence. They must improve themselves so that they may get good response from customers.
