Tata Docomo is a very old and more expressive Telecom company . It's provide a many calls and internet offers, I agree with this but it's not provide the 3G service in mobile devices and when I purchase new Tata Docomo connection then I know it's not supported 3G services it's not good and I think it's a very reputed Telecom company and it want to develop its network.
Many of customers are waiting to this movement when they are used it.
