Great company guys.my brother has working for this company from last 4 years.
Liked the fact that I was provided so much freedom to pursue whatever technology I wanted to learn. They even don’t mind if you want to totally change your stream. Very helpful in that context. Flexible working hours. Good managers(if you are lucky). Again, ’freedom’. They don’t pressurize you so much. Not so much of burden on you unless deadlines. However only setbacks are if you are unlucky, you will not get good seniors, as you know Forbes said immediate seniors are the most important factor why employees stay in company. So not competent seniors means less learning. And environment is not stimulating so if you are really concerned about your growth as well apart from company’s. Then you will need to be vigilant and proactive to get hands on learning opportunities.
Some bad things are also thereTCS is a great company to work but on the other side there are fake employees too working in the company. I have reported few cases to TCS with fake experience but no action has been taken yet.
But at overall the company is good.
