Tricks user with offering attractive discounts, but cancels almost all discounted orders.
No notification, no apology, just unprofessional-ism at its best.
Placed order at 6:30 PM for 8:00 PM delivery. Got no call, no notification, and just like that received an email at 08:10 PM that my order is cancelled that's it, nothing related to refund, no apology nothing. We had to cook food at hoe as everyone was hungry, what is the point of such fraudster websites.
My advise, Strictly avoid, TastyKhana at all costs, Justeat & Foodpanda are much better, at least they know what customer care is!
