Had taken Syska Gadget Secure for my Cell phone HTC and had claimed but he insurance as my screen had broken. The company is so fraudulent that they took my cell phone and kept it with them for over one month and whenever I tried to call them for the status of my cell they used to keep the call on hold and then even totally cut it after like calling them for more than 20 times that too.
After a month to know the status of my own cell they say that they are still waiting for the approval from their own company and the repair will still take time. Which means a customer is a bloody fool who is believing on Syska for repairs as all that they are doing is collect the phone and keeping it with them and not repairing it until customers loose their control and fight with them. I don't recommended this service to anyone.
