I was using this cooler since 1 year, It's not a very good product. Cooling is not good, Fan size is very small. After warranty period charging high labour. Not even enough for a small room. Really small tank capacity and no way to take the excess water out in case you are going to be away for some time. Not worth the price at all. I am not happy with the air cooler. It is just as good as a table fan. Don't buy this product, worst and waste of money, I would suggest that buy any other cooler except for Symphony.
