- The customer support is good for nothing! Super slow replies, they have a fixed chat which they copy past, "i understand your concern" "our system isn't allowing us to compensate you ate the moment"

Most unhygienic riders and actually this has happened twice that the guy who came to deliver the order was a relative/friend of the guy who is actually supposed to deliver. Never wear any Icards or swiggy authentication t shirts. This one particular delivery guy was so spooky, tried to get inside even after telling him to stay outside. I literally had to shut the gate on his face forcefully.
